Pleasant Heights is tailored towards eligible individuals with rents determined by each individual’s income. All utilities, except telephone are included. Off street parking, on-site laundry and a tenant accessible community room are located within the development. Services available within the City, such as the library, a grocery store, senior citizen’s center, and a movie theatre are all within walking distance (1 to 2 blocks).
